He started his career at the firm since 1995 and then became the Senior & Managing Partner of Nadoury&Nahas Law Offices in 2021.

Mourad interned at a well-known Law Firm in the United States after graduating from the Faculty of Law – Alexandria University.

In 1993, Mourad attended several workshops organized by the German – Arab Chamber of Commerce, focusing on negotiating and drafting International Contracts. This workshop provided him with invaluable insights into the intricacies of international business transactions and equipped him with the necessary skills to navigate complex contractual agreements enhancing his expertise in dispute resolution, also a workshop specifically focused on Arbitration. Recognizing the importance of staying up-to-date with evolving legal frameworks, Mourad attended a Workshop related to Settlement of Disputes under the WTO Agreements in 2000.
